  1. Basic provisions and terms

    1. The website Zoxee.com provides users with space and services for sharing content intended primarily for mobile phones and tablets (such as wallpapers, ringtones, SMS texts, etc.).
    2. The use of the website Zoxee.com is free of charge. However, the user acknowledges that third-party charges beyond the control of the provider may apply (e.g., data transfer fees, SMS fees, etc.).
    3. By using this website, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and undertakes to abide by them.
  2. User's Rights and Obligations

    1. The user must ensure the security and confidentiality of their personal data (not disclosing it in their profile, discussions, etc.).
    2. The user must immediately inform the provider upon discovering any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security regarding their data.
    3. The user undertakes not to use Zoxee.com’s services in ways contrary to applicable Slovak law or these Terms. Users may not use the services in any manner that could damage, overload, disrupt, or otherwise impair the operation of the provider's or partner’s servers, nor attempt to access non-publicly available information without authorization.
    4. The user undertakes to refrain from prohibited activities, particularly: spreading racial, religious, national, or other intolerance; using misleading usernames; posting content violating Slovak law; posting links to illegal websites or websites with morally objectionable content (e.g., pornography); aggressive behavior or profanity in discussions; spamming or sending unsolicited advertising.
    5. The user must respect copyrights regarding content uploaded to Zoxee.com. The user may only upload content they own rights to or have permission from the rights holder. The user bears sole responsibility for copyright infringements.
  3. Limitation of Provider's Liability

    1. The user acknowledges that the use of Zoxee.com services is at their own risk.
    2. The provider is not responsible for how users utilize the provided services or for potential misuse by third parties.
    3. The provider is not liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the website services.
    4. The provider provides no warranty concerning the accuracy, currency, functionality, or completeness of the content shared by users via Zoxee.com.
    5. The provider is not responsible for any financial (e.g., data transfer fees, SMS charges) or material damages (e.g., damage to devices) arising from using the website’s services or content.
    6. The provider is not liable for copyright or other rights violations committed by Zoxee.com users. Any violations can be reported via email to zoxee@zoxee.com, including the URL of the problematic content.
  4. Protection of Personal Data

    1. During registration, the user voluntarily provides personal data (username, email, optionally city and country) processed in accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended. Consent can be withdrawn anytime via email to zoxee@zoxee.com.

    3. The provider processes user data strictly within legal limits, using only information voluntarily provided by the user in their profile.
    4. The user agrees to receive informational and promotional emails from the provider under Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on Electronic Communications. Consent can be revoked anytime via email to zoxee@zoxee.com.

  5. Final Provisions

    1. These Terms of Use become effective upon their publication on Zoxee.com.
    2. The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify or enhance services and website features without prior notice or user consent.
    3. The provider may restrict or block user access to the website at any time without stating a reason.
    4. The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication. Users are obliged to regularly review the current version. Continuing to use the website after amendments indicates user acceptance of these changes.
